JOB DESCRIPTION

Department:Management Accounting

Report to: Senior Account Executive

Functional Relationships with:All related departments in Murata

POSITION PROFILE:

Based in: Singapore

Job site: Yishun

The successful candidate will: This person is responsible for all areas relating to PL and support all other operations as required within the department. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparation of PL and Inventory data by ensuring accuracy and compliance with the company policies and financial regulations before reporting

• Prepare financial dashboards and summary reports

• Coordinating with all departments to provide cost analysis and support financial analysis. Monitor actual vs budget / forecast performance

• Participate in continuous improvement of reporting process and controls

• Preparation of Annual Budgeting and Computation

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial documents / Yearly Financial Audit

• Preparation of presentation material as required

Ability / Competency Required

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

• Proficient in Excel and accounting software such as SAP, Oracle or equivalent.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
