Account Executive x 2 (MNC / 6 Mth Contract / East OR North/UP $3.7K)

Hiring for both Ang Mo Kio and Paya Lebar (Very accessible!)

Reputable MNC

Responsibilities:

• Input invoice for approval.
• Perform AR closing and report.
• Input MISC invoice for approval.
• Prepare payment to suppliers.
• Perform AP closing and report.
• Liaise with vendor for monthly reconciliation.
• Prepare bank reconciliation.
• Prepare sales reconciliation.
• Prepare sales reports.
• UAT for relevant module.
• Any other task assigned.
• General administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting and above.
• At least 2 years of experiences in Accounting.
• Knowledge and understand operations in Corporate Finance & Accounting, including Taxation.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience in trading and service industry preferred.
