Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Accounting professional to handle daily operations, accounts reconciliation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, and experience with SAP is preferred. This role includes responsibilities for AR & AP functions, ensuring accurate transaction data, and supporting banking activities.

Qualifications

• Strong AP experience preferred.
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operational functions

• Responsible for AR & AP functions

• Perform verification with vendors on change of vendors’ information

• Ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting data and transaction in SAP system

• Assist in banking and treasury function

• Perform month end and year end closing of accounts

• Perform administrative and coordination work for finance department

• Prepare monthly accounts reconciliation

• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent

• Candidates with strong AP and SAP experience will have added advantage

• Knowledge in SAP
