Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Technology Delivery teams to facilitate the closing of sales and renewal business orders, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to execution.
  • Prepare and analyze sales and revenue reports for assigned account portfolios, providing insights to optimize performance and decision-making.
  • Support sales operations by drafting and submitting contracts (both soft and hard copies), updating CRM systems, and ensuring the timely submission of invoices, purchase orders, and cash collections.
  • Maintain close communication with project teams to stay informed on project status and proactively identify any issues that may impact payment milestones or revenue recognition for the organization.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s capabilities, services, and engagement models to ensure clear and effective communication with clients regarding contracts and engagements.


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Support role, ideally as an Account Executive, with a focus on the responsibilities outlined above.
  • A minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Basic technical knowledge is advantageous, particularly an understanding of technology services.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Capable of planning and executing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer interaction and relationship management skills.
