This isn’t your typical AE role:we’re looking for a true sales hunter, a high-energy, full-cycle, quota-crushing machine.
To set expectations clearly:this is a 100% outbound role. No inbound leads. No marketing support. You are the engine of your own success.
This is for someone who thrives on the chase. If you see a “no” as the start of a conversation, not the end, keep reading.
You’ll be sourcing your own leads, making the cold calls, running the demos, and closing the deals. We want a self-starter with a high tolerance for rejection and an unstoppable motivation to succeed.
Your mission: the full-cycle hunt
As an AE, you’ll own the entire sales process from start to finish:
- Hunt & Prospect: Proactively source and qualify leads through cold calling (40-50+ calls/day), strategic emailing, and social selling (LinkedIn, Lusha). You build your pipeline.
- Pitch & Demo: Run high-impact discovery calls and engaging product demos that clearly communicate value and solve real customer pain points.
- ️ Close & Win: Handle objections, navigate negotiations, and consistently hit or exceed your monthly targets (sales activities, demos booked, and quotas).
- ️ Maintain CRM Excellence: Meticulously track all sales activities. Your pipeline is your business, and it must be kept clean, accurate, and obsessively up-to-date.
- Collaborate & Improve: Work with our Product, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to accelerate deals and shape sales strategy.
- Learn & Grow: Keep a growth mindset. Continuously level up your knowledge of our product, market, internal tools, and sales skills. Take initiative to proactively self-learn using available resources.

What you bring to the table

- The Hunter Mentality: You don’t wait for leads, you create them. You love prospecting and chasing new opportunities.
- Proven Track Record: 2–5 years in outbound B2B SaaS sales with strong results and quota achievement.
- ️ Exceptional Resilience: You bounce back from rejection and use every "no" to sharpen your game.
- Sharp & Persuasive: Quick on your feet, consultative in your approach, and great at creating urgency.
- High-Energy & Driven: You bring consistent momentum and motivation, even on the tough days.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM and sales tools to work smarter and drive efficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Market Smart: Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian business landscape and HR/recruitment tech challenges.
- Team Player: Positive energy, no ego. You collaborate well and celebrate both team and individual wins.
