Account Executive (MNC)_jc03

Responsibilities:

As part of the Business Partnering Team, provide accounting support/advice to Business Units.

1. Managing day-to-day financial operations including accounts payables and receivables. Check invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. Vendor and Customer Master maintenance. Follow-up on Vendor SOA reconciliation discrepancies. Reconcile and resolve Intra-department discrepancies.
2. Record transactions relating to accruals, prepayments, inter-department transfers, and capital structure.
3. Manage accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing and reporting.
4. In charge of Fixed Assets (including leased assets) control.
5. Assist in monthly forecasts, yearly Business Planning preparation & reporting.
6. Support any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Min Diploma/Degree in Accountancy with a minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience.
2. Have worked in a General Ledger/Reporting Department, A/C Payable & A/C Receivable of a medium-sized company to MNC with statutory reporting experience.
3. Well aware of Accounting standards, GST regulations, and other tax compliance.
4. Analytical, independent, able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
5. Attention to detail and data accuracy.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP Systems hands-on knowledge, preferably SAP.
