Account Executive, MM at Deel

As an Account Executive at Deel, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by acquiring and managing relationships with mid-market clients. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business while expanding existing accounts. Reporting to the Director, your contributions will be essential in driving revenue growth and fulfilling Deel's commitment to meeting client needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Growing and managing a targeted account list
  2. Developing a territory plan for acquiring new business
  3. Managing the customer buying journey from start to finish
  4. Providing guidance and expertise to prospective customers
  5. Meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  6. Developing a sales pipeline through outreach and collaboration with sales development
  7. Managing inbound prospects and maintaining CRM data

To succeed, you should be based in India, with at least 3 years of sales experience, including 1 year in the Mid-Market segment. Experience in developing greenfield territories, executing full sales cycles, and adding new logos is advantageous. Cross-functional teamwork and a willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment are also desired.
