Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore seeks an Accounting professional to oversee daily operations, including accounts payable and receivable, verification of vendor info, and month-end closing. Ideal candidates will possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, with strong SAP experience being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Strong AP and SAP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operational functions.
• Perform month end and year end closing of accounts.
• Prepare monthly accounts reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operational functions
• Responsible for AR & AP functions
• Perform verification with vendors on change of vendors’ information
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting data and transaction in SAP system
• Assist in banking and treasury function
• Perform month end and year end closing of accounts
• Perform administrative and coordination work for finance department
• Prepare monthly accounts reconciliation
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Candidates with strong AP and SAP experience will have added advantage
