A waste management company in Singapore is seeking a finance professional to manage journal entries, accounting reconciliations, and GST reporting. The ideal candidate has a diploma in finance and at least 2 years of experience. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the preparation of monthly journal entries, audit schedules, reconciliation of accounts and follow up on any discrepancies.
Maintain General ledger and perform monthly management reporting
Prepare quarterly GST report
To maintain Fixed Asset Registrar
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work within tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft office with strong Excel skills
Meticulous, analytical and interpersonal skills
