Roles & Responsibilities

• Update records for accounts payable and petty cash processing.
• Review AP aging reports and highlight any exceptions.
• Reconcile vendor statements of account (SOA) with company records, focusing on major suppliers.
• Update accounts receivable records regularly.
• Prepare the general ledger according to assigned audit schedules.
• Manage monthly and yearly closings for small entities.
• Handle the full set of accounts for small entities.
• Assist in preparing GST returns, corporate income tax returns, and ECI filings.
• Support quarterly, half-yearly, and year-end stock takes led by the finance department.
• Prepare stock take variance reports for review by superiors.
