The candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, liaising with banks and government agencies, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Job Description:
  1. Prepare and execute accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and full sets of accounts.
  2. Arrange payment schedules, update, and follow up on payments. Submit daily and weekly reports to management and work closely to prevent operational interruptions.
  3. Responsible for auditing financial transactions and controlling accounting documents.
  4. Prepare daily sales reports for the Director and Management.
  5. Prepare and report the annual Fixed Asset Depreciation Report to the Director and Management.
  6. Liaise with government authorities on accounting and financial matters such as audits and GST.
  7. Coordinate with parties involved in account audits and work closely with management during audits.
  8. Communicate with external parties such as banks and government agencies regarding account and costing matters.
  9. Prepare daily credit card reconciliation reports, bank balance reports, and update daily bank transactions to ensure proper fund disbursement and crediting.
  10. Manage petty cash and process reimbursements.
  11. Prepare bank deposits for counter cash collections.
  12. Assist in quarterly GST submissions and yearly commission statements.
  13. Conduct monthly inventory stock takes, disposals, and write-offs for assets and inventory.
  14. Assist with e-commerce payments.
  15. Organize and file documents.
  16. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director and Management.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field or LCCI Accounting qualification.
  • At least 5 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
