Job summary

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain full sets of accounts for a group of companies.
  • Prepare and issue Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices and record journal entries.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice verification and payment execution.
  • Handle month-end closing activities and monitor cash flow.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements for the group of companies.
  • Manage corporate secretarial matters as required.
  • Perform daily treasury functions, including updating bank balances.
  • Prepare GST reports for manager review and submission.
  • Ensure group-level control and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Provide weekly cash flow updates at the group level.
  • Maintain and update Group Intercompany Pricing Transfer (IPT) records.
  • Handle group-level and company-specific financial reporting requirements.
  • Assist in various company reporting matters.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Able to work independently and perform well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail with high numerical accuracy.
  • Responsible, committed, and a strong team player.
  • Proven experience in managing full sets of accounts across multiple companies.
