Job Description:
  1. Prepare and execute Account Receivable, Account Payable, bank reconciliation, and full sets of Accounts.
  2. Arrange payment schedule, update and follow up on the payment schedule, and submit daily and weekly reports to management. Work closely with management to avoid operational interruptions.
  3. Responsible for auditing financial transactions and controlling accounting document procedures.
  4. Prepare and report daily sales to the Director and Management.
  5. Prepare and report the annual Fixed Asset Depreciation Report to Director & Management.
  6. Liaise with government authorities on accounting and financial matters such as audit, GST, etc.
  7. Coordinate with parties involved in the account audit and work closely with management during audits.
  8. Liaise with external parties such as banks and government authorities on account/costing matters.
  9. Prepare daily credit card reconciliation reports, bank balance reports, and update daily bank transactions. Ensure proper fund disbursement and crediting.
  10. Manage petty cash and process reimbursements.
  11. Prepare bank deposits for counter cash collections.
  12. Prepare quarterly GST submissions.
  13. Prepare yearly commission statements.
  14. Conduct monthly inventory stock takes, disposals, and write-offs for assets and inventory.
  15. Assist in e-commerce payments.
  16. Manage filing and document organization.
  17. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director & Management.
Job Requirements:
  1. Candidate should possess a minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field or LCCI Accounting.
  2. At least 5 years of working experience in accounting.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
