Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
  • Verify and check payroll data for accuracy before submission for payment
  • Handle purchasing activities including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and raising purchase orders
  • Maintain and update supplier records and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Assist with general ledger (GL) accounting tasks such as journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing support
  • Resposible petty cash and transaction
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and office support
  • Support team in ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Accounting, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Able to use accounting software, SQL is preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Office located in Kaki Bukit
