- Able to maintain full set of accounts for operating entities including project accounting (at least 3 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts)
- Performs data management tasks- accurately entering information in system(AP, AR, GL, Payment and Receipt)
- Timely and accurate submissions of financial reports to the corporate office and compliance of group accounting policies and all external reporting requirements.
- Ensure that the finance and accounting functions are in compliance with statutory reporting requirements and the records in the system is maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards.
- Preparation of monthly management report and accompanied with schedules, worksheets and narratives, including “Budget vs Actual” variance reports. Assist in providing follow-up and documentation of significant variances.
- Assist with annual external audit, and assist in preparing assigned schedules for the annual and interim audit.
- Provide secretarial functions to executive management
- Handle day to day office administrative matters
- Adhoc matters as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRE:
- Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accounting
- Min. 3 years relevant working experience in similar capacity.
- Understanding of project accounting and WIP required
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Able to work under pressure, accurate, honest, detailed & well organized.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Have good personality, interpersonal, leadership & communication skill.
- Good written and oral for English.
