Job summary

A leading employment services company in Singapore seeks a skilled Cost Analyst to handle fixed cost analysis and monthly accounts closing. The ideal candidate will manage budgeting activities, prepare management reports, and assist with inventory reconciliations. Applicants should hold a Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accounting, have at least 2 years of experience, and be proficient in Excel and SAP.

Job responsibilities :

• Fixed cost analysis.
• Cost calculation (including SAP setting maintenance).
• Month-end accounts closing.
• Assist in month-end closing, year-end closing, and budgeting.
• Raw material cost and pricing analysis.
• Monthly management accounting report and Costing report.
• Assist in Budget, Estimation activity and in actual variance analysis.
• Assist in Transfer Price Calculation.
• Stock taking and inventory reconciliation.
• Ad hoc supports for all accounting and finance duties.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Costing field.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Good communication skill and able to collaborate with different functions.
• Preferable with SAP knowledge.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Good analytical skills.
