Job Info:

• Permanent role - Account Executive

• Basic up to $4000; AWS & VB

• 5 Days Work; Monday – Friday; 9am – 6pm

• MacPherson; Central Region

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivables across retail, department store counters, and e-commerce platforms, including sales reporting and receipt preparation.

• Perform bank reconciliations, month-end closing journals, and prepare balance sheet schedules.

• Reconcile sales data, process credit notes, invoices, and ensure accurate journal entries.

• Oversee stock take reconciliation for retail stores and support warehouse inventory counts.

• Supervise Account Assistant and review daily accounting work for accuracy and compliance.

• Assist with audits, GST submissions, tax matters, administrative tasks, and company events.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting/LCCI/Higher Nitec

• Possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting

• Meticulous and proficient in MS Excel
