A leading company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated administrative professional to manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks. This role requires effective communication and attention to detail, along with proficiency in SAP software. Candidates should hold a Diploma in Accounting and possess relevant work experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage administration tasks related to Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Perform daily Accounts Receivable functions, including sending Statements of Account (SOA) and making collection calls.
Handle daily Accounts Payable functions such as posting supplier invoices and preparing payments to vendors.
Monitor and manage customer account details to identify non-payments, delayed payments, and other discrepancies, providing regular reports on collection status.
Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At least a Diploma in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in the field.
Familiarity with SAP software.
