Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced accountant to manage key accounting responsibilities. The role includes invoice management, month-end closings, and reconciliations, requiring a diploma in Accounting and relevant experience. A proficiency in MS Office, alongside knowledge of taxation, will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Accounting.
• Knowledge of operations in Accounting.
• Preferred experience in trading and service industry.

Responsibilities

• Check and post approved manual sales invoices to Navision.
• Perform month-end AR and AP closing and reports.
• Reconcile suppliers’ statements of accounts.

Skills

Knowledge of taxation

Proficiency in MS Office

Job description

• Salary: Up to 4k + AWS + VB
• Location: Next to Paya Lebar MRT
• Working hours: 9am - 6pm (WFH arrangement upon confirmation)

Responsibilities

• Check and post approved manual sales invoice and notes to Navision
• Perform month end AR closing and reports
• Check and post approved manual invoices and notes into Navision
• Perform month end AP closing and reports.
• Reconciliation of suppliers’ statement of accounts
• Prepare payments to suppliers and staff claim
• Reconcile sales interface reports
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Any other duties assigned by superior of by company.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting
• At least 2 years of experiences in Accounting
• Knowledge and understand operations in Accounting and knowledge for taxation will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in trading and service industry preferred
