Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Account Executive to manage daily accounting tasks and prepare financial reports. The ideal candidate will need a willingness to learn and some knowledge in Accounts Payable or Receivable, with comprehensive training provided in this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks including accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, tax, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports for subsidiary companies.
• Ensure timely month-end closing and reconcile intercompany accounts.

Account Executive
5 days (Mon-Fri)
Location: Lim Chu Kang
Basic Salary: $3000 - $4000

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting tasks including accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, tax, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly financial and management reports for subsidiary companies.

• Assist with preparation of group consolidation reports.

• Respond to audit and tax-related inquiries.

• Coordinate with banks on financial transactions.

• Ensure timely month-end closing and reconcile intercompany accounts.

• Support operational teams in maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
