Accounts Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. You will report directly to the Financial Controller and be a key member of the finance function at our corporate office in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of both our hotel management company and investment holding entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and handle accounts payable processes.
  • Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget.
  • Prepare GST filings and other relevant statutory returns.
  • Support the preparation of annual financial statements and statutory filings.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors for audit and compliance matters.
