Job description

Accounts Executive:

You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute actively to the driving of effective finance and accounting initiatives. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Maintaining accurate records for all transactions, including revenue, expenses, and fixed assets.
  2. Accounts payables: recording suppliers’ invoices and preparing payments.
  3. Accounts receivables: preparing and recording invoices.
  4. Daily bank reconciliation.
  5. Assist in period-end closing activities and liaise with other departments as required.
  6. Handle general administrative duties.
  7. Assist with ad-hoc assignments as directed by senior members of the finance team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a Diploma in Finance and Accounting or equivalent with at least 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Is meticulous with attention to detail, possesses good problem-solving skills, is attentive, eager to learn, and shows great initiative.
  • Has effective communication skills.
  • Can manage a varied and diverse workload.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Excel.
