Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• As part of the Business Partnering Team, provide accounting support and advice to Business Units.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payables and receivables.
• Check invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Maintain Vendor and Customer Master records.
• Follow up on Vendor SOA reconciliation discrepancies.
• Reconcile and resolve intra-company discrepancies.
• Record transactions related to accruals, prepayments, inter-department transfers, and capital structure.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing and reporting.
• Oversee Fixed Assets (including leased assets) control.
• Assist in monthly forecasts, yearly business planning preparation, and reporting.
• Support any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy with 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in General Ledger/Reporting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable in a medium-sized company or MNC, with statutory reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST regulations, and tax compliance.
• Analytical, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
