Job description
The role
Working within the Emerging Markets regional hub team lead out of London, the core focus of the Senior Account Executive is to support with project management of the end-to-end delivery of adidas’ campaigns, working with the planning and activation teams in the clusters across all media.
The Senior Account Executive manages all aspects of key adidas categories for Emerging Markets: Running, Football, Women’s, brand campaigns, elevated franchises (product campaigns) and occasionally supporting on performance media.
Our Emerging Markets adidas account team covers seven clusters with a total of 28 markets: Pacific, Southeast Asia, India, Turkey, Middle East, Israel, South Africa.

The Client
Adidas, recognized as an iconic brand with a rich heritage in sports and culture, partners with Mediacom on a global scale. Their collaboration is marked by a substantial annual media buying budget of €400 million, reflecting the brand's significant presence across 68 markets worldwide. This extensive reach is strategically managed through a robust account structure, featuring a global leadership team supported by dedicated regional hub teams.
Accountabilities include:
  1. Implement efficient ways of working within the team, as well as with hubs and local markets.
  2. Support on status meetings, ensure meetings are recorded and outcomes are assigned to the team and delivered in the timeframes agreed.
  3. Oversee the media planning tool, Lumina.
  4. Manage finance queries as well as the PO Tracker.
  5. Spot check reports for accuracy and follow up with markets.
  6. Coordinate the reporting across multiple markets.
  7. Help produce global post-campaign analyses and input to quarterly business reviews.
  8. Collaborate with regional and local teams to develop media landscape reports and competitive and forecasting analysis.
  9. Constantly feedback to line managers and the wider account team relating to risks that arise and may impact performance of campaign delivery.
  10. Build & sustain professional and collaborative working relationships with the agency and client team.
A bit about your skills and experience:
  1. Have up to 1 year of experience with client service & media planning.
  2. Carry knowledge of the wider channel mix.
  3. Be highly numerate with the skills to be able to analyse and provide commentary on campaign data.
  4. Be experienced in and passionate about the sporting, fashion and apparel sector.
  5. Ideally have multiple market network experience.
  6. Have proven and demonstrable skills in growing relationships.
  7. Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
  8. Be highly organised and be able to efficiently manage workload.
