The ideal applicant will possess a degree in Accounting or Finance and at least two years of relevant experience, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accounts Executive (Full Set) to us. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of accounting functions and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, journal entries, etc.)

- Maintain and reconcile sub-ledger books for business entities.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements

- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities

- Manage GST submission, corporate tax filing, and statutory reporting (IRAS, ACRA)

- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banker and regulatory authorities

- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

- Process staff claims, payments, and petty cash

- Assist in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and internal controls.

- Support HR/ finance-related projects and ad hoc assignments.

- Manage monthly payroll processing, employee CPF contribution and IRAS submission.

- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Director for ad hoc tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in handling full set of accounts

- Strong knowledge of GST and Singapore financial regulations

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Good organisational and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
