Job description

Responsibilities:

• Maintain full sets of accounts
• Assist in day-to-day accounting and administrative functions
• Responsible on AP/AR/GL data entry
• Verify accuracy of vendor invoices, staff claims and petty cash reimbursement
• Assists in the preparation of quarterly GST filing
• Responsible for yearly audit and tax computation
• Monitoring and reporting of daily cashflow, ensuring funds are readily available
• Prepare and send statement of Accounts to customer
• Perform and other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned
• Proficient in using SQL accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Reporting deadline for MR submission (Every 5th of the month)

Requirements:

• NITEC,Diploma Or Degree in relevant field.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic and energetic in dealing and handling all matters.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
