Job Description

How You’ll Make an ImpactAs an Account Executive at Epsilon, you will be at the forefront of client engagement, collaborating with the client services team to build and nurture relationships, thereby significantly contributing to client retention and loyalty. You will actively support client conversations to identify and pursue new upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Your crucial ability to collaborate seamlessly with both internal and client-side teams will ensure smooth administrative and commercial arrangements. Leveraging data-driven insights, you will identify opportunities for optimization, directly contributing to our clients' success and growth.What You’ll Achieve

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.Be attentive to client needs, goals, and challenges. Support client leads and act as the secondary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Sales and Business Development within existing client accounts: Proactively support conversations with clients and client leads to identify and pursue new upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Work closely with different teams to curate and develop presentations. Be meticulous working with business ops, legal and finance teams both internal and externally to ensure seamless operations where administrative/contractual/commercial arrangements and tracking are concerned.
  • Reporting/Analytics: Support the development and compilation of Quarterly Business Reviews, Insights presentations and Workshops (if applicable) to various client teams.

  • Strong interpersonal and engagement skills; able to build rapport and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Sharp and keenly attuned to client’s needs and develop effective solutions as well as possible cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Detailed oriented and meticulous; am comfortable with numbers.
  • Self-starter and takes initiative in following up on people and delivery milestones.
  • Process-oriented and strong project management skills.
  • Able to multi-task; manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation skills – able to negotiate, and present effectively.
  • Proficient with excel, powerpoint and comfortable with data extracts and validation.
  • Min 2 years working experience in the area of account management, client services or worked in technology/consulting firms etc.
