Job description

Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for all related financial and accounting matters of the company.
• 2. Process all sales invoices and determine the appropriate GST codes.
• 3. Process all suppliers’ invoices and determine the appropriate GST codes.
• 4. Monitor the stock level of the various medical products inventory based on FIFO (first-in first-out) method. In a ‘stock out’ situation, place out Purchase Order for indented items with selected overseas supplier.
• 5. Process monthly staff’s payroll/CPF deduction and reporting to CPF Board before 14th of the month. Annually, compile the salaries and wages of staff for AIS (Auto Inclusion Scheme) submission to IRAS before 28th Feb of each year.
• 6. Quarterly, ensure the filing of GST F5 Return (Apr, Jul, Oct & Jan) to determine net recoverable/payroll to IRAS.
• 7. Yearly, compile the company’s financial accounts and determine the corporate income tax status for filing to ACRA and IRAS respectively.
• 8. Prepare annual or quarterly budget forecast of the company.
• 9. Publish monthly financial statements in time for management.
• 10. Comply with financial policies, regulations and procedures in accordance with company’s & government guidelines.
• 11. Reinforce financial data confidentiality & conduct database backup fortnightly.
