A leading company in Singapore seeks an experienced accountant to manage financial accuracy and reporting. The role involves reconciling bank statements, preparing financial accounts, and overseeing payroll functions. Applicants should possess a diploma or degree in Accountancy, with strong skills in accounting software like Xero.
Responsibilities:
Monthly reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
Communicate and liaise with Operation team on Invoicing issues & Payment Receive
Prepare monthly management account (P&L and Balance Sheet) & Yearly Budget
Assist in month end closing and reporting
Manage payroll functions(Monthly Salary, CPF, submission)
Coordinate and liaise with our accounting firm for monthly and yearly reporting.
Requirements:
Preferred experience in Xero accounting software
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Possess a Diploma or LCCI Certificate in Accounting or Degree in Accountancy
Highly motivated and money driven
Strong with excel / google spreadsheet and accounting software
