Account Executive

About the Role

Nexcore Consulting Pte. Ltd., a trusted business solutions provider, is looking for a talented and motivated Account Executive to join our growing team. This full-time position is based in our Singapore office and is integral to delivering exceptional accounting and administrative services to our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will provide comprehensive accounting and administrative services to support our clients' financial needs. Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of accounting and bookkeeping tasks for clients
• Preparing and maintaining accurate records, including financial statements, tax computations, and tax filings in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines
• Assisting clients with tax preparation and addressing any related queries
• Supporting the accounting team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Building strong relationships with clients by addressing their financial concerns and providing timely assistance

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
• Proven ability to independently prepare financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax computation and filing, as well as Singapore tax laws and accounting standards
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBook, MYOB, or the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
