The account executive will support the agency across 3-4 key accounts.
Scope of work
- Support the Account Director and Account Servicing Department (ASD) team members on tactical and strategic aspects of the account;
- Confidently lead, pitch, and present to clients during proposals;
- Serve as a touch-point for daily account liaison requirements;
- Engage in difficult conversations with clients on behalf of team members;
- Lead the process of establishing ways of working for the social team, including conducting audits, creating analytics reports, proposals, and processes for clients.
For all placements
- Help the agency and clients stay up-to-date with the ever-changing social and digital platforms;
- Support clients in community management and response escalation;
- Collaborate with the creative and management teams to develop campaign concepts and proposals;
- Work with the creative team on visual concepts, including graphic design and animated content;
- Ensure the agency remains informed of all changes across social media platforms;
- Manage client and team expectations in line with agreed scope and costs;
- Handle out-of-scope work, ensuring it is reasonable, billable, and within timelines and resources;
- Coordinate resources and work closely with internal and external teams to meet targets, deadlines, and deliverables.
Key requisites
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in an advertising agency or related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
