Job description

Job Scope:
  • Handling full-set of accounts including AP/AR.
  • Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes for customers.
  • Prepare payment and receipt on a daily basis.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing of ledger systems.
  • Preparation of GST report, monthly management reporting, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
  • Liaise with Operations team on accounting-related matters.
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Initiative and ability to work well in a team-based environment with a positive attitude, as well as the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience with knowledge of full set of accounts required.
  • Relevant experience will be advantageous.
  • Able to converse well in English.
  • Preference for candidates who can start work immediately or on short notice.
