Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to manage full sets of accounts and oversee various financial processes. The role requires at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, preferably with CPA or ACCA certification. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with SG compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting with full sets experience, preferably in Consolidation.
• Experience with accounting system upgrades/implementations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SG compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts including month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Oversee AR and AP, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, and tax agents.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle full sets of accounts

· Oversee, manage and consolidate Accounting, Budgeting and Financial Forecasting

· Ensure accurate and timely month end closing, financial and management reporting and in compliance with accounting standards, internal policies and tax regulations

· Review monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance

· Bank reconciliation statement

· Review journal entries

· Cash flow monitoring

· Oversee AR and AP

· Follow up on discrepancies with vendors/ internal departments

· Liaising with bankers, auditors and tax agent

· Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Degree/ Master in Accounting or equivalent

· Qualified CPA or ACCA will be an advantage

· Accounting system upgrade/implementation experience will be an advantage

· At least 3 years of working experiences in accounting with full sets experience, preferably in Consolidation

· Familiar with SG compliance and reporting

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)

· Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics Navision

· Meticulous and Strong Analytical Skills
