Handles financial transactions, billing, and bookkeeping for the construction and renovation business. Ensures accurate accounting records and supports financial reporting and auditing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable/receivable and invoicing.
Prepare monthly financial reports and reconcile bank statements.
Assist in budgeting, payroll, and tax filings.
Maintain up-to-date records of project finances and vendor payments.
Support audits and liaise with external accountants as required.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Prior experience in construction/renovation industry is a plus.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., XERO).
