They are now looking for a dynamic and experienced account director to join their regional sales team and help us expand our footprint in the local and regional banking space.

About the role:

As an account director with a key focus on selling into the financial services industry, you will be responsible for hunting new business opportunities and building relationships with both local and regional banks. Your expertise in selling applications will play a pivotal role in driving their growth and success in this competitive market. You will need to:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within local and regional banking institutions, focusing on application sales.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their objectives.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients, positioning our offerings effectively.

- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to stakeholders, showcasing the value and benefits of our applications.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that enhance lead generation and sales initiatives.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving revenue growth in the assigned territory.

- Provide ongoing feedback to management regarding market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:
