We are looking for a Account Director, Events to join our team!

As a Account Director, Events, we rely on you to:

1. Oversee the service operations of events management team on groups and events management.
2. Handle high profile events and work directly with the organizers to plan and coordinate their event requirements to provide professional advice and facilitate on their planning.
3. Manage events distribution among the team members.
4. Establish food tasting guidelines and procedures with F&B to encourage menu up selling and facilitate ongoing menu improvement.
5. Ensure events managers execute proper event on-site handovers with the organizers.
6. Oversee internal coordination of audio visual, floral arrangements and other event requirements.
7. Manage the service quality of and negotiate contractual terms with external vendors.
