You are seeking a proactive and organized Account Director/Client Servicing Head to lead operations and coordination for a large-scale public sector digital communication project. This role is ideal for someone passionate about planning, timelines, and stakeholder management, aiming to drive impactful work at the intersection of governance, media, and citizen engagement. Handling a large team to deliver on social media mandates and listening is a significant aspect of this role.With 8-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for Social Media Planning & Execution, creating and managing project plans, schedules, and deliverables across teams. Ensuring all milestones are met on time, within scope, and budget is crucial. Acting as the central point of contact between internal teams and the client, managing expectations, approvals, and alignment across multiple stakeholders, and nurturing strong client relationships are essential responsibilities.Your role includes Operational Oversight to track project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and handle day-to-day issue escalation. Conducting status meetings, maintaining trackers, generating progress reports, and effectively managing billing processes are key tasks. Compliance & Quality Control involve ensuring adherence to standards, SOPs, and documentation protocols, conducting quality checks, and reviewing deliverables for accuracy and consistency.Moreover, your responsibilities will extend to Risk Management & Reporting by identifying project risks, developing mitigation plans, and sharing regular project performance reports and insights with senior leadership. Proficiency in Gujarati is necessary to interpret client inputs or briefs, while proficiency in Hindi and English is essential for day-to-day communication and collaboration.
