Job description

This is a post-launch growth and operations role. You'll work with live Web3 card clients to scale adoption, improve usage metrics, resolve pain points, and drive transaction volume across regions — especially APAC (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, Taiwan etc).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own post-issuance client success: help partners grow their card programs through strategic planning, activation campaigns, and data insights
  • Analyze card usage trends, user feedback, and operational issues; translate them into actionable recommendations
  • Coordinate with BIN sponsors and issuers to resolve post-launch limitations or issues (e.g., region blocks, limits, MCC restrictions)
  • Design and execute card growth initiatives: referral programs, cashback offers, usage-based rewards, and co-marketing campaigns
  • Act as a feedback loop between clients and internal product/compliance teams to inform roadmap adjustments
  • Monitor and report KPIs: card activation, retention, spend per user, etc.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in card product operations, fintech user growth, or post-launch program management
  • Familiarity with card lifecycle metrics, cardholder engagement, and operational levers for growth
  • Ability to translate data into insights and action
  • Strong understanding of Web3 clients and end-user behaviors in crypto ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience working with APAC card markets is a strong plus.
