Job summary
A company is seeking an accounting assistant in Singapore to provide support to the accounting and HR departments. Responsibilities include accounts management, GST submissions, and assisting with statutory reporting. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accounting or Finance, has at least two years of experience, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. A mature, self-motivated individual who is hardworking and independent is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Business Administrative.
- At least 2 years working experience in accounts role.
- Good knowledge and hands on experience on general accounting system is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting and HR department.
- Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records for year-end auditing.
- Handle accounts Receivables / Payables.
- Preparation & submission of Quarterly GST and Monthly CPF contribution.
- Handle a full Set of Accounts and assist in statutory reporting.
