Accounting Scope:
- Perform full sets of accounts such as day-to-day accounting function and month-end closing
- Preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
- Manage and coordinate for annual audits.
- Assist with the audit reporting process & audit schedules
- Payment collection
- Submit quarterly GST report
- Prepare revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Oversee, review & implement an effective system of internal control procedures and reporting.
- Search on the government grant for SME.
HR Scope:
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and other related authority by HR personnel.
- In charge of HR functions which include but are not limited to the following areas: hiring & selection, compensation & benefit, performance appraisal, administration and training.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR administration such as work passes application, staff hiring and exits, filing, leave recording, NS claims, etc.
- Other ad hoc tasks will be assigned from time-to-time
- Handle other ad-hoc HR and finance duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification with minimum of 2 years of experience in financial & human resource reporting.
- Mature, Conscientiousness, attention to detail, attentiveness to accuracy, and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Able to multi-tasking and proactive.
- Initiative and proactive in resolving issues.
