Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manages petty cash and claims

  • Responsible in accounts payables, AP Reports, monitor AP Analysis bi-weekly,

  • To ensure billing/invoicing payment cycle is accurate

  • Perform day to day AP transactions including checking, verifying, posting and maintaining proper records

  • Issue Invoice/ Delivery Order

  • Perform Monthly Bank Reconciliation

  • Liaise with banker for LC issuing & Invoice Financing Application

  • Prepare of quarterly GST Submission

  • Handle the recruitment process, employment contracts

  • Manage work passes application, renewal and cancellation

  • Employees’ tax filing / clearance

  • Leave system maintenance

  • Maintain and update employee’s personal files, and ensure the confidentiality of all HR documents.

  • Manage all the renewal of the company licences.

  • Clerical / Office administrative

  • Provide support for all HR matters

  • Perform other ad-hoc assignment by Managing Director / Superior

Requirements:

  • Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accounting / Human Resources or other related discipline

  • Min 2 years of relevant working experience

  • Able to work in a team and independently

  • Required language: English & Chinese Mandarin in order to read chinese version documentation and liaise with chinese speaking supplier

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good written & oral communication, meticulous with good analytical skills

  • Available immediately or within short notice will be given preference
