A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Accountant to handle full sets of accounts and payroll tasks. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems, along with prior experience in the field. The ideal candidate should be resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Account
⦁ Handle full sets of account.
⦁ Prepare montly P&L.
⦁ Prepare bank reconciliations including AR,AP & GST.
⦁ Liaise with auditors and tax agents
⦁ Prepare weekly payments.
⦁ Maintain proper accounting record and filing.
⦁ Process monthly payroll and prepare CPF submission.
Admin
⦁ Prepare and process invoices.
⦁ Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
⦁ Handle emails, and correspondence.
⦁ Assist with HR-related tasks such as WP application & renewal maintaining employee records.
⦁ any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirement:
⦁ Candidate must possess at least diploma in relevant field
⦁ Preferred 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positon
⦁ Proficient in Microsoft office & ABSS accounting system
⦁ Resourceful, good prioritizing & problem solving skills
⦁ Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Ability to work independently
⦁ Able to start immediately
