Background in Accounting or relevant qualifications
At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Good command of MS Office applications
Knowledge of Quickbook will be advantageous
Job Description:
Invoicing and Records Management: Handle invoicing and maintain accurate debtors' collection records.
Administrative Duties: Perform general office tasks to support the team's daily operations.
Shipment Coordination: Liaise with forwarders regarding incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Email Correspondence: Respond to emails from forwarders and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
Filing Paperwork: Organize and maintain proper documentation for easy retrieval.
Independent Contributor: Hardworking and able to work independently.
