We're looking for an Account Coordinator who is data-savvy, process-driven, and ready to make a real impact across commercial operations.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in optimizing sales processes and supporting key accounts. From analyzing sales data to validating disputed orders, you’ll be the backbone of operational excellence. Your ability to manage data, coordinate across teams, and communicate effectively will be key to driving performance and sustaining merchant satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
·Analyze and organize sales and operational data to surface insights and improve workflows
·Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to support commercial decision-making
·Collaborate with customer support to validate disputed orders and create actionable summaries for key clients
·Monitor and manage the merchant billing process, ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies
·Support sales teams with ad-hoc account servicing and issue resolution
·Help improve internal processes through data-driven recommendations and collaboration across departments.
What You’ll Bring
·Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF statements, INDEX MATCH)
·Experience working with data sets—whether through internships, academic projects, or prior work experience
·Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data reporting
·Fast learner with a proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
·Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
·Degree in Business, Analytics, or a related discipline
·Familiarity with PowerPoint, Word, and collaborative tools (Google Workspace).
Bonus Points If You Have
·Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, SQL, or any programming languages
·Prior experience in sales, business development, operations, or strategy
·Interest in tech, data analysis, or commercial operations.
