JOB DESCRIPTION
Providing business support for Mortgage Loans

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1)Provides business support for Mortgage Loans:
•Attend to enquires relating to prepayment, redemption, update of address/passport details, retrieval of loan/FCCA account statements etc
•Follow up with collection of fire insurance policy and/or perform deduction of account for non-receipt of policy
•Perform screening of accounts that affects capital charge
•Perform screening on paid off loans to ensure all lien has been untagged
•Assist with overseas mortgage loan annual re-valuation

2)Periodic review of accounts:
•Review of customer's accounts and provide FCC/CDD with insights on transaction irregularities
•Identify appropriate risk classification of clients
•Provide sound recommendation on account strategy
