Account Assistant
  • Working days: 5 Days (Mon - Fri)
  • Working hours: 9am - 5pm
  • Working location: Sungei Kadut (Near Kranji MRT)
  • Salary: $2,300 – $2,600
Overview
  • Provide Support to the Account Department
  • Assist Data Entry, Processing and record daily Transaction.
  • Update Ledger
  • Assist with Audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors.
  • Performing basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mails etc.
  • Process Bank LC & Bank Draft for export.
