A local recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Account Assistant to support the Account Department. You will assist with data entry, update ledgers, handle client communications, and perform basic office tasks. Ideal candidates should have experience in accounting support and strong communication skills. This position offers a salary range of $2,300 to $2,600.

  • Assist in data entry and processing of daily transactions.
  • Update ledger entries and assist with audits.

Account Assistant

Working days: 5 Days (Mon - Fri)
Working hours: 9am - 5pm
Working location: Sungei Kadut 729227 (Near Kranji MRT)
Salary: $2,300 – $2,600

Responsibilities
  • Provide Support to the Account Department
  • Assist Data Entry, Processing and record daily Transaction.
  • Update Ledger
  • Assist with Audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors.
  • Performing basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mails etc.
  • Process Bank LC & Bank Draft for export.
