Job description

Our client is a wine distributor and currently they are looking for an Account Assistant to join their team.

Job Details:

  • Salary Range: $2000-$2800 (depends on experience)

  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)

  • Working Location: Kallang (Central)

  • AWS and VB

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software.

  • Invoice Processing: Prepare and issue invoices, or verify those received.

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist with tracking money owed to and by the company.

  • Reconciliation: Match bank statements with company records.

  • Filing and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and organize documentation.

  • Assisting Audits: Help prepare financial documents for audits.
