A leading wine distributor in Singapore seeks an Account Assistant to support their financial operations. The role involves data entry, invoice processing, and assisting with accounts payable/receivable, ensuring accurate financial records. Our client is a wine distributor and currently they are looking for an Account Assistant to join their team.
Job Details:
Salary Range: $2000-$2800 (depends on experience)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)
Working Location: Kallang (Central)

Job Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software.
Invoice Processing: Prepare and issue invoices, or verify those received.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist with tracking money owed to and by the company.
Reconciliation: Match bank statements with company records.
Filing and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and organize documentation.
Assisting Audits: Help prepare financial documents for audits.
