Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience is required.

• Reporting to the Financial Controller.

• Experience in bookkeeping, general ledger, accounts payable, and some accounts receivable.

• Able to handle full set of accounts.

• Experience working with overseas subsidiaries.

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting matters for local and regional offices, especially with construction project experience.

• Ensure all reporting requirements comply with Group IFRS standards.

• Collaborate with departments on project payments.

• Review staff expense claims, operating expenses, and payment instructions.

• Good team player with effective communication skills at all levels.

• Prior experience in construction, building, or consultancy is a plus.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-starter with a proactive attitude, capable of planning, organizing, and taking initiative.
