A leading company in Singapore seeks an Accounting Support staff to manage data entries and assist in Accounts Receivable tasks. The role involves generating invoices, reconciling accounts, and providing administrative assistance within the accounting team, suitable for candidates looking to grow in the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
· Responsible for daily data entry on material (inventory) movement in EOM and customer system.
· Responsible for the monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) reporting including AR ageing and sales related reports.
· To assist Senior Accounts Exec. on verify mid-month or month-end quantities. Provide month-end balance information to customers as required
· Generate monthly invoices as needed for customers.
· Reconcile the accounts receivable subledger to the general ledger monthly. Create journal entries for the general ledger or adjustments to the ageing as needed
· Assist in posting entries for AP (Accounts Payable) invoices and payment.
· Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing
· Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
